Intact Insurance UK interview questions

I was interviewed over the phone and then called in for an in-person interview with three people. After the interview, I was told that I would receive a follow up whether or not I made it to the next round of interviews. I followed up a few times and heard nothing. I received a phone call six weeks later, but wasn't able to answer the call at that time and no voicemail message was left. I followed up again by phone and email and received no response.

The first step was a competency based telephone interview. I was then informed straight away I was invited to a face to face Interview the following week. The face to face interview compromised of two people conducting the interview. One was a lady from another branch who was very friendly yet professional and the second one was a manager who was scribing my answers. Questions were competency based and personality based.
