I had a very good impression of the team and I wish them much success. That being said, the process was incredibly long for a non-senior role and reflects very poorly on Intact. While staff members were open and friendly, as an active job seeker, a process that stretches out to FOUR months is indicative of the internal dynamics: riddled with red tape, an apparent lack of organization and focus. I really wished this entire process would have been much shorter so that I can actually spend adequate resources on travel for other jobs that were much more deserving of my time and attention.
