I found it to be very Straight Forward; two interviews by various people. I found it to be a quick hire compared to a lot of companies. Questions were about your background and how they could apply to the position you are being hired for.

provide the company with a resume, waiting for a response, contacted and met with one person for an initial job interview, waited for a response as to whether I made it through for a 2nd interview, contacted for and attended a 2nd job interview, under went McQuaig testing, passed this testing, went through salary & benefits negotiation, was provided with a final offer of employment & accepted.
