They start with telling you about the company and the role you are interviewing for. They ask you some personality based questions and then Behavioral/situational based questions. There are usually 2 - 3 people interviewing you at the same time (HR, hiring manager and another senior dept member). You are given the opportunity to ask any questions at the end.
