Intact interview questions

Applied online, Phone call after a couple of days to do a pre screen. Set up an interview which was 2v1. Standard behavioral questions of the STAR interview technique. Weather was poor that day so one interviewer was late. Small chit chat with one interviewer. Very pleasant, They will challenge your responses on some occasions.

1st interview- Phone screening with HR rep for one hour. I then had to complete a personality test. 2nd Interview - panel style interview with director, current manager of position I was applying for and HR consultant who conducted the phone screening. Questions were behavioural based, followed by situational. It was an hour in length as well. 3rd interview - VP (currently in the process).
