Interview
The interview was performed by a team of three people from within the same functional area as the position but with different roles within the department. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and covered technical proficiency as well as personal working style and behaviours. Nothing really unusual there - pretty much what you'd expect from a large organization.

Question 1
In this case I was asked about a project that had to be delivered by a certain date - what would I do to ensure that this happened.
Started with a basic phone interview. The standard behavioural type questions were asked mostly geared to your customer service experience and education. At the time the company was new so educational requirements were a little more laxed, I beleive they want university graduates now or people with insurance experience of 1-2 years already.

Not really any difficult questions if you are prepared and know about the company and position you are applying for.

Interview
I was interviewed for intact. The claims process involved a phone interview with the HR. I was then called back 2 weeks after for a 1 on 1 interview. After passing that, I was called in 2 weeks later for a 3 on 1 management interview. Completed a background check and was provided an offer.
