The interview process was structured and thorough, but overall a positive experience.
It started with an online application, followed by a video assessment where I answered pre-recorded questions. After that, there was a personality assessment.
Next were two separate one-on-one interviews. These focused a lot on communication, handling difficult situations, and how you approach problem-solving. Expect scenario-based questions, especially around dealing with upset or stressed individuals.
After the interviews, I was moved to the background check stage fairly quickly, and then received an offer.
Overall, the process felt organized and consistent. It’s clear they are looking for people who can stay calm under pressure, communicate well, and handle sensitive situations professionally.
