Intact interview questions

It is very lengthy and unorganized interview process. They have a few steps of interview: 1. Phone Interview 2. Hacker Rank Hiring Test 3. HR/Technical Interview 4. 2nd Technical Interview ... 6. They don't provide updates on time through interview process.

I received the link for video interview in one week, and send it back in 30 min, I think the faster you send it the better, after a week I received interview invitation with hiring manager, she was doing great she was very friendly and encouraging. I was advised that there would be 2 weeks waiting period until I hear back from them, I think 2 week is very long to stay suspended if they let you know sooner would be great as if some one is actively looking what if he/she refuse other job interview and get another job offer
