Applied Online. Had to record Video answers. Assessment was part of initial screening. Various types of question regarding customer service, Situation based questions. Overall good learning experience. Had to wait for a week or so to get an answer
Very comfortable interview process. Started out with a short video interview, then a behavioural/logic assessment, and a final interview with the manager. The first interview only had behavioural questions. Second interview was half technical questions

Video interview with two associates( one Manager, one Quality assurance) scheduled for 1 hour, cost around 40 minutes. Manager introduce their team but not specifically, give you sincere feedback on how you should be improved.
