Interview
1. Phone screening with HR
2. First interview with HR and the team.
3. Second interview with VP and someone on the business side.
Questions were about past wok experience and personality.
It was a negative experience for two reasons:
1. The job offer was for a junior. I am intermediate and I stated my salary expectation at HR screening and they still booked the in person interviews.
But when they rejected me they just said they were looking for a junior. Which means they either wasted my time or lied in their feedback.
2. The VP asked questions that crossed the line. For example: "What is the main moral value that your parent taught you?".
Why would you bring up my parents in a job interview? You are not a psychiatrist. Evaluate me, not my childhood.

Question 1
What is the main moral value that your parent taught you?

Interview
I was contacted pretty quickly by a recruiter after applying. She was quite knowledgeable and informative. There was a technical test right after: 41 multiple choice questions in 30 minutes. The questions were mostly about your knowledge of front-end and back-end acronyms. This was followed by an interview a back-end tech lead and a front-end tech lead. At the end of the interview, I realized that I was being interviewed to be both a back-end and front-end tech lead, but not a full-stack developer, so I withdrew my application.

Interview
It is very chill and the interviewer is nice. I think that the time given is fair but would love to have more time. At first they ask about your experience and your leadership role then it follows by more technical questions
