Intact interview questions

1. Phone screening with HR 2. First interview with HR and the team. 3. Second interview with VP and someone on the business side. Questions were about past wok experience and personality. It was a negative experience for two reasons: 1. The job offer was for a junior. I am intermediate and I stated my salary expectation at HR screening and they still booked the in person interviews. But when they rejected me they just said they were looking for a junior. Which means they either wasted my time or lied in their feedback. 2. The VP asked questions that crossed the line. For example: "What is the main moral value that your parent taught you?". Why would you bring up my parents in a job interview? You are not a psychiatrist. Evaluate me, not my childhood.
