I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intel Corporation
Interview
Interviewed on site. The interview consisted only in a quick review of my CV, without any question to test my skills or to gain more insights on my previous experience. Overall I was not given the possibility to show my skills and I did not try, since it seemed quite clear that the interviewer was interested. Then I received the usual mail in which i was being dismissed. After a few months a new position was being offered to an unexperienced candidate without any notification of the open position on the website.
How can a selection be done without a proper assessment of experience?
