I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Intel Corporation in Jan 2019
Interview
I applied through college/university. The interview process took few days. I was interviewed face to face. Panel member was very nice. They asked simple questions , all are basic questions. It's the way you answer and present yourself.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Folsom, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Got a phone interview which went really well. The interviewer was really patient and listened to my answer and my elaborations. Got an onsite call next week. The first interviewers were really good, made me comfortable and listened to my answers with an ope mind. Had a lunch with a manager who was very unprofessional and confrontational in a few situations and was not allowing to have my lunch. In a single sentence, you would never want to work with such a person in life and way below the Intel standards. I hope intel maintains a little quality in terms of training their managers on how to behave with recent grads. The next round was design and the interviewer was so impatient and bad at communicating the question that he/she(anonymous) wanted to ask I guess that because she was confused about her concepts. I hope Intel takes a look into this. The last interviewer was pretty good and we were trying to solve a problem and was fine.
