Interview
The phone interview consisted of basic questions related to software - such as C/C++. After the phone interview they had me implement a small project in C. Following the project completion I was asked to come on-site for an interview. There were about 30 of us interviewing and it was pretty intense. 4 1-hour sessions with mostly skills tests.
