Different layers of the IP stack.
1) Phone Interview: The first step was a brief phone conversation with a recruiter. During this call, the main focus was to discuss my background, experience, and motivation for applying, as well as to clarify the basic requirements of the role.
2) Online Meeting: The second stage was an online meeting with the hiring manager or team members. This allowed for a more detailed discussion of my skills, past projects, and technical knowledge. It also gave me the opportunity to ask questions about the team, workflows, and expectations.
3) On-Site Visit: The final stage was a visit to the company’s office. This included meeting the team in person, seeing the work environment, and sometimes participating in practical tasks or interviews. This stage helped both sides to evaluate cultural fit and gave me a clear sense of the company’s atmosphere.
