Interview
I applied on line for several position but finally I got the email for site interview with out any phone interview.
I went to chandler, they payed everything, Airplane ticket, hotel, rent of car generously. I had 10:00 am interview by 4 different people 1:2 for two hours. Most of the question was behavioral question.
Technical question as a Mechanical engineering was so easy, such as : stress-strain relation, how does thermocouple work, three different kind of heart transfer (conduction, convention and radiation).

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
