I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Folsom, CA) in Feb 2012
Interview
Someone called me out of the blue because they got my resume out of a conference job fair pile. I had 1 non-technical phone screen, 1 technical phone screen (about an hour), and 1 all-day interview on-site. I didn't think the process was that hard in retrospect, though it was stressful at the time.
