I applied through college or university. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) in Mar 2012
Interview
Really easy. Mostly interpersonal questions about working with others etc. What classes I took, how I deal with conflict with employees, things I am proud of doing. Nothing too technical but I did talk about my technical experience when asked about previous accomplishments. The interview was a group of Intel reps all at one time at my university.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me if I can focus on one thing since I do so many things at school. Not really hard just a weird question.
The overall interview was 3 rounds: 1 hr call going over fundamental information, 1 technical rounds involving with an engineer on the team based and 1 hiring manager panel rounds
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Intel Corporation in Dec 2025
Interview
I applied for a role with Altera (which was acquired by Intel). Formal interview with three 30 minute segments, each with a different interviewer. All questions were technical. Was confusing since I received a second interview a day after the first, but I'm pretty sure it was unrelated. They asked mostly Leetcode Hards.
I applied online. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England)
Interview
A few hours on site with 3 stages. First I had to give a presentation about a project I did, then answer a few questions about it. Then, we had an open-ended problem solving discussion. Finally, there was a short coding exercise.
