I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Rio Rancho, NM) in Sep 2023
Interview
This was for the Graduate Entry Level Process Engineer. After submitting my resume, I first heard back by email 16 days from that date. I was asked if I was still interested in the position, graduation date, GPA, first available start date and if I required sponsorship. I received a call 16 days after that email asking when I had time for an interview. I scheduled it for the next day. During the call, the interviewer asked me 4 behavioral questions and one technical. The technical question was based on my resume, just asked me about the technical aspects of one of my bullet points. After that interview I was asked, by email, to start a background check. This email occurred the next business day. After that was completed, two days after I was called and given a verbal offer.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
