Introduction to job role and formality. The questions are basic on why the role why us. Overall non stressful meeting. No problem based questions and very responsive. They asked how familiar I was with the company and the role as a whole.
After application, you would go through a phone screening. If you make it through the phone screening, you would be contacted for an interview onsite with lead admin. If you make it through that route, you would then interview with manager.
Helpful and intense. The company is rigorous but I'm not sure they were asking deep enough questions. I don't think I will move forward in the process. They don't seem to understand what makes me effective.
