Interview
I was contacted by their HR Staffing consultant and was asked to send my resume if I was interested. I sent my resume and was then contacted for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted for an hour and was then invited for their onsite interview. It was an event called RUSH which consisted of 5 hour interview by 9 people from 3 different teams. I got the result after 3 days.

You are from Communications background. Why are you interested in this job position?
I got an email from the hiring manager saying they needed to talk more and ask me questions, we set-up a date and time, the interview duration was 30 mins, so I thought it would be an introductury interview. it wasn't, it was a full interview that the hiring manager and another senior engineer attended. we all introduced ourselves and what we do, and then the technical questions began but there was barely any time left. so the interview was concluded,

It was very structured and professional way..
They will give full interview process very clearly stating all the steps and timelines.
There will be 5 rounds of interview including HR and technical interviews.
