I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Folsom, CA) in May 2020
Interview
I got the job through internal recruiting and openings. The position has significantly been down-scoped since there have been a few rounds of budget cuts. It used to include insurance for customers in the event they don't pay back but that is no longer in the scope as the company is assuming the risk in Receivables. The interview questions were mostly behavioral with some technical focus on company's abilities to pay back short-term obligations. The Credit Manager has a broad scope and ability to partner with internal business partners to grow revenue while mitigating risk to Intel's incoming cash. There were also a few macro econ questions to assess the person's business acumen.

Question 1
How to assess ability and potential risks posed to pay back invoices and obligations?
Was pretty good and not as technically advanced as I thought. There were 2 interviewers who took turns asking questions and was pretty relaxed and casual. The hiring manager seemed annoyed when they joined the call and shortly left after, but other than that the interview went fine.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Petah Tikva)
Interview
It was a nice process and shorter than I expected. The recruitment team were very nice and available all the way for questions. It was fun to be interviewed and I felt that I had arrived at a good place.
