Intel Corporation interview questions

I was promoted internally. I had 3 interviews by 3 different area managers

I applied online and got an e-mail requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was conducted by two Intel employees and it was very casual. They asked me questions based on my resume. They asked the typical: tell us about yourself, what do you like to do, what are your strengths/weaknesses, how do you work in a group, describe your work in your previous jobs/internships. No technical questions. They also asked if I knew Visual Basic, which I didn't, but they said it was ok. The interview was only meant to last 30 minutes, but it turned into a conversation and we ended up taking an hour. I was notified about the offer a couple of weeks later.
