I applied online. I interviewed at Intel Corporation
Interview
I submitted me resume online on their job site. I received an email regarding the scheduling of a phone interview and I chose between the time slots available. There were a couple of phone interviews which focused mainly on what I did in grad school and research work I was interested into. What made me apply to Intel and other general questions. The technical questions were variable some simple some little outside the area of my expertise.

Interview
I had a full day of interview where I met with senior and junior members of the potential team. There was a tour of the factory, lunch, dinner and a I gave a research talk. Overall the people I met looked pretty happy - I tried to observe the faces of factory workers and other people in the hallways and gauged that they look more satisfied than not.
