Intel Corporation interview questions

I got the phone interview call from the hiring Manager for a technical interview. The interview lasted for almost 45 mins. He didn't ask me anything about my resume. Told em about the position and directly went ahead to ask me 2 question. They were based on basic inverter and interconnect delay knowledge.
