The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intel Corporation in Jul 2011
Interview
I was referred by a former colleague, was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview at my convenience, was then asked about my interest for the job, followed by behavioral interviewing questions such as how I solved a problem in the work place and how I worked with others. First time interviewing so definitely could have been more prepared.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Chandler, AZ) in Apr 2011
Interview
I had been dropping my resume off to Intel recruiters at career fairs and infosessions basically all school year before I was contacted for an interview in March. There was only one phone interview that I was told would last an hour. The interviewer spent about 15 minutes in the beginning going over logistics and nature of the internship, Arizona environment, and questions such as "Are you legally authorized to work in the US," etc. Then came the typical behavioral questions followed by two technical questions relating to academic chemical engineering knowledge. My interviewer was personable and able to put me at ease during the conversation.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Intel Corporation in Oct 2011
Interview
A lot of technical questions to gage your understanding of the job. One question that was very difficult to answer dealt with earnings management and basically wanted to see how far you would go to hit a target. It's a good company so it's understandable that the questions were tough.
