Interview
I applied online and after 4 months I had a phone call. I was not able to attend the phone call so I returned it and found somebody from Intel. He started asking about my professional experiences based on my submitted resume. By the end of almost 20 mins conversation he told me that he want to schedule an onsite interview with Operations Manager, Manufacturing Engineers and Manufacturing Managers. All interviews were about 40 mins.

Question 1
Interview with Operations Managers:
1- How will you handle conflict situations? Tell us about any example from your previous experiences.
2- How much you will you trust upon your technicians?
3- Challenging situations? Describe with real life examples.
Interview with Manufacturing Engineers.
1- They were having a sheet on which they ask what would happen if there are different situations, probably they checked the approach to analyze any problem.
2- Passion ?
3- Use of excel, collection of data etc etc.
Interview with Manufacturing Manager:
1- What are your strengths?
Ans: When I told him strengths, he replied that they are very general, tell something different.
2- Why do you want to join Intel?
Ans: When I explained him different things, he replied that you can try to get these thing in your current job.
3- The manufacturing manager attitude was very awkward and gave me a sense that he does not believe whatever was on resume.

Interview
First had a long questionaire followed by a phone screen. After the phone screen had a long phone interview with the head of the department. Then spoke with hiring manager who flew me out for a face to face interview. Final round consisted of several "cases" along with personality questions
