The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intel Corporation in Nov 2011
Interview
I had a phone interview or at least I thought it was a phone "interview". The interviewer called on time and he basically asked a bunch of behavioral questions. He asked what I found attractive about the position and what type of previous experience I've had. Unfortunately, my interview did not go well and it was obvious when later in the interview he revealed it was a screen not an interview. I took it as "don't get your hopes up!"

Question 1
Describe a conflict you were involved in, the steps you took to resolve it, and the resulting outcome.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) in Nov 2011
Interview
Phone screening interview, then all-day on-site interview. I had 9 back-to-back one-to-one interviews in the company cafeteria starting at 8 am, followed by hour-long presentation. Very exhausting so condition yourself beforehand. Some technical questions about my graduate work, and some behavioral questions ("example of problem solving..."), and lots of explanations of their own work. Tough interview overall, but it was a good practice, and I was treated well (financially).
