I applied online. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Amsterdam) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview began with a warm welcome and introductions. The panelists were keen on getting to know me beyond the resume, asking about my experiences, skills, and how they aligned with Intel's values and goals. They were particularly interested in my understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on the industry.
Technical questions followed, probing my knowledge of semiconductor technology, computer architecture, and software development. The panelists were thorough but fair, encouraging me to demonstrate problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of Intel's product portfolio. They were interested not just in what I knew but how I could apply that knowledge to real-world challenges.
The conversation then shifted to behavioral and situational questions, where the panel explored my ability to work in a team, handle tight deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly evolving tech landscape. They were interested in examples from my past experiences that showcased my leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
