      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (San Diego, CA)

      Interview

The interview was pleasant but quick. Typical for contractors where focus is on the task at hand and not future opportunities down the road. When i brought up questions regarding growth oppurtunities i was told chances are many. i asked because at the time i was interviewing i wanted to be clear that the role i was recruited for was a role i saw myself doing at the moment, but not for an indefinite time, and that it was important for me to be able to know that i can grow and will be supported. I was told the opportunity definitely was there, but realized quickly that this was not as easy as it had sounded. Furthermore - the interviewers were not the ones who directly managed me on a day-today basis, which made it hard to relate back to my conversation during my interview with my actual day to day manager.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Intuit (Ohio City, OH) in May 2023

      Interview

The interview process took some time, but in the end was well worth it. I did not get the job but in my experience it was well worth the effort and time to endure the interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Intuit (Pune) in Sep 2019

      Interview

The interview process was carried out really smoothly. The interviewers were really warm and welcoming and made me at ease before starting with the interview. The interview process was basically divided into 2 parts - the first part mainly involved questions pertaining to a case study which had to be solved. The second part involved questions which would assess the fit of the candidate at Intuit.

      Question 1

Mention one instance in your personal/professional life wherein you have had to adapt to changes rapidly.

      HR Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit

      Interview

Phone screen with very engaging recruiter, in-person panel interview. Panel interview was the worst experience I have had in my 25+ year career. VP and Director were rude and disrespectful throughout interview. I withdrew from process as I would never want to work for this company or the condescending leaders that I met with. I hope that no other candidate has the same experience.
