Interview
Recruited explained the significance of this role and I was given the impression that this is a big role. After initial screening, I was given a case study to present to the panel. I spent a lot of time for the presentation and i prepared a demo with the code. The panel members don't have any architectural experience and interested only in low-level code. At worst, they don't understand the architecture itself and I wondered how they became architects. They are given big titles and don't bring any architectural experience. After the presentation, I was made to think on how they are called architects. They can very well interview junior engineers!

Interview
Interview process starts with screening round with easy coding question and system design question including AI/ML. After clearning Craft demonstration where sytem design with working application should be built for demo from a 1 week -3 weeks time(depending on panel availability). Needs a thorough preparation for demonstration of the questions involved in system design purpose of each component(Security,Scalability and reliability ) and addressing how it solved user journey effectively. Next rounds would be diving deeper on functional flow of the system ensuring Security,Scalability and Reliability assessing AI/ML knowledge.

The basis for the entire interview was a take home system design question assigned several weeks beforehand. There is a main presentation, and several smaller follow-up session with more specialized topics.
