I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2023
Interview
First round interview with a VP of Customer Service. Good conversation, he was clear, friendly and to the point. Role ended up not being a fit as there was one key required skill I didn't have. Felt like fair outcome.

Question 1
Q: Tell me about the scope of your most recent role?
I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
1st round phone screen with an HR worker after the online application, then a final round zoom with one associate from the FP&A team and another more senior employee from Treasury. Had to prepare a "craft demonstration" slide presentation forecasting Intuit's financials on excel, along with basic introduction and "about me".

Question 1
Why Intuit? Why corporate finance? Walk me through a cash flow statement. Tell me about a time you worked on a project with a team.
This whole process was bizarre. I knew someone who was able to refer me, and once I got on the interview with the hiring manager she had her video off. It was not professional and it felt like they had to interview me as a referral just to check a box
