director of it and IT Department Manager will interview you in the 1st round. The interview will not be too technical but you will get a couple of specific questions regarding commands and troubleshooting processes
Starting my interview process at Intuit, I had high hopes, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The standout factor in this experience was Vyvy, the senior recruiter. Her professionalism and genuine, people-centric approach made the entire process enjoyable. Throughout the interviews, the hiring managers were not only highly competent but also incredibly welcoming and friendly, leaving a positive and lasting impression. While I didn't ultimately receive an offer, the silver lining was the detailed feedback I received from the team. This feedback has provided me with valuable insights and will undoubtedly be an asset in my future job search endeavors. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Vyvy and the entire Intuit team for their exceptional approach to the interview process. Can you describe your experience in HR or people operations? What do you believe are the key responsibilities of a People Operations Coordinator, and how do your skills align with them?
2 people. Basic back ground questions followed by a surprise financial analysis quiz. The quiz was virtual and involved scenario analysis using case studies involving a borrower applying for credit.
