I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Intuit in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process was quite friendly. The interview consists of two parts, one is technical and the other is behavioral. But waiting for the interview result for a few months.
They have this "craft demonstration" round, they ask you to complete an assignment related to the position you're applying for. However, the assignment they expect you to work on is completely different from what they initially conveyed. They anticipate you to develop a fully-fledged production app within a mere 3 days, which is quite unreasonable. One of the panel interviews serves as a prime example of what an interview shouldn't be like. This person constantly interrupted and didn't allow any room for discussion, creating an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. This experience was a significant waste of time. I've encountered several similar stories from other candidates who went through similar situations here. I should have known better.
