I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Bengaluru) in Jul 2022
Interview
One of the best interview process i came across!
Day 1 : Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn
Day 11 : Telephonic Discussion : It took a little more than an hour and at the end of it i felt more confident and optimistic about the opportunity. Much of the first half was about Intuit as org and then the role i was going to play. We also talked about how employee centric intuit is. Later half we talked about my current role and responsibilities, technical depth.
At the end of it, both parties felt we should take it forward. I got a heads-up on what comes next as part of Craft Demonstration and how its going to be setup. At the end of the day, received an email with details of the system i had to come-up-with (system design, integrations, planning and execution aspects).
Day 23 : I had to postpone this round by a week due to sickness. I liked the way my request for postponement (just 1 day before) was handled. Recruiter listened to the situation and rescheduled to 1 week after without hesitation or remarks. That kind of showed how intuit value people. It was a whole day plan consisting of
1. 1 Hour : Craft Demo - Panel consisting of 4 people (2 higher ups and 2 peers) It was divided in two parts 15 min to talk about one achievement i was proud of and rest was about the crafts demo where i had to demo how i plan and execute to delive the system. Quetions ranged from front end to back end, integration with intuit systems, database options, security, planning, and execution. Much of the discussion was lively with focus on what all i considered before coming up with proposal. It was lively and receptive all along.
2. 45 Min : Assessor Interview This round included both technical and leadership aspects in evaluating me. As the time progressed, i felt more confident (and coming out of illness caused fatigue) and was feeling much better. At the end, ample time was given for me to ask any questions.
3. 30 min : Team Member This round went beyond 30 min where mostly it was about how the teams organize themselves and what my thoughts about it. Also, about my leadership style and some technical topics that we could not covered in the first round
4. 30 min : Hiring Manager By this time both sides felt we can go ahead and much of the time it was about how the onboarding happens, opportunities and growth aspects at intuit, my role and responsibilities in intuit, At the end of all four rounds and also closure of the business hours, i felt happy about the interiview experience. It had all aspects in evaluating a prospective candidate. All the while making me feel at home and comfortable.
Day 25 : Offer role out

Question 1
System Design questions, team planning, product delivery
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Intuit (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The interview process would be 1) with the recruiter, 2) technical interview with the hiring manager, and 3) panel interview with mock presentation. Unfortunately, found the recruiter unprofessional. He told me I would be moving on to the next round with the hiring manager, but then never followed up. I suppose I wasn't chosen to continue - no hard feelings. Just wish they had been honest.
