Interview
It took about 3 weeks
Did a phone screen
For the takehome portion, I was given a choice of 3 paths
- Share an open source code or github link to a code I've written in the past and then discuss with Interviewer at the onsite
- Do their assigned take home and have further discussions with an interviewer at the onsite interview
- Decided to pair with an interviewer on a problem at the onsite interview
I chose the third option. The pairing session went really well, involved solving a technical problem (not data structures and algorithms) and debugging an existing code
The onsite interview also included System design interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Debug and refactor an existing code, ensuring all the existing test cases pass and add additional test cases to support the refactor

Interview
Applied via LinkedIn. Cleared a coding challenge and screening interview by Karat and had a final interview with Intuit. They had a clear agenda for the interview that helped in interview prep.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Edmonton, AB)
Interview
Timed code challenge, coderpad challenge with a remote interviewer looking in, on-site final interview. The code challenges were fairly simple. The on-site interview was stressful, coding live in front of 2 interviewers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Generic experience questions followed by balancing a binary tree live in front of 2 interviewers.
