First step was the karat interview, which was not the best platform. It took a very long to hear back after that and continue the interview process. I would like to have had more communication and an applicant portal.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intuit (London, England) in Jul 2021
Interview
very detailed and can be to some a somewhat daunting interview process, but the calibre of staff they hire shows that the process is right. trust in the process. if you get chosen you know you belong

Question 1
who you are as a person; is as important to intuit as what you can do.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intuit (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2022
Interview
First call with the recruiter, then a technical interview with the hiring manager and a final panel interview. I didn't make it to the second interview with the hiring manager.

Question 1
Horrible experience! The recruiter was 20 minutes late to the interview so we had to reschedule to a later time in the day. During the interview it was fine, I was able to answer everything and she told me that she put "highly recommended" next to my name in her notes and that I would hear from the hiring manager very soon. After not hearing anything from them for two weeks I decided to follow up, yet no response. Then two months after the interview I got an automated rejection email.
It's fine if they don't wanna hire me but I don't think it's fair to raise someone's hopes up like that. And the fact that the recruiter was so unprofessional and uncommunicative throughout the whole process made me lose all interest in joining this company.
