Intuit Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Was good. was more of a two-way conversation of getting to know the company and them about me. They asked me to introduce and later on gave me a lot of in-look on how's it going to be like working as CSR. After I was hired we were given training session which was fun and easy to learn.

Very unorganized. Either the Recruiter didn't know what she was doing or just receiving info from the managers to slow. Process took 3 weeks. No Customer Service interview process is that long.
