I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2025
Interview
Screener with the recruiter. Initial interview with the hiring manager. Full case presentation with a panel, followed by individual interviews with the panel that includes the hiring manager. No offer but good experience.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Why this role? Why intuit? Behavioral questions
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intuit
Interview
The interview process was simple.
1. HR round
2. SQL assessment
3. Interview with hiring manager and team
4. A4A case study Presentation
5. 3 back to back interviews for follow up on the presentation and general questions
It took 2.5 months to go through all these rounds. In the end everyone ghosted me. No proper feedback. Everyone said good things during the interview and then when I reached out to get some kind of feedback no response what so ever. Final comms: Recruiter said they filled the role - this was a while back but I still see the same postings on their page and on LinkedIn being promoted for hiring. I am confused, why lie? I was following up with them even after 4 months of my time investment to get some kind of feedback - apparently feedback is confidential. How will I know what went wrong if you can't provide feedback?
