Hiring manager phone interview - technical + cultural design questions and a portfolio review 4. All day onsite interview - including a portfolio presentation and design exercise presentation to a group, lunch interview with manager, multiple design technical interviews, and a culture interview. Be prepared to spend 4-6 hours during the onsite. Everyone is very friendly and considerate throughout the entire interview process. I never felt rushed or heavily criticized.
