Interview
First interviewed with Karat, even redo the interview once. Got the onsite chance. I was given a data challenge beforehand(suggested to be done in 3 hrs). During the onsite, I was asked about some questions in machine learning, talked about my data challenge, and a open question.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Intuit (New York, NY)
Interview
Overall process for the big company was fast relatively and was well organized
Recruiter called saying that we have green light. Two days after they changed their mind and job description with no offer.
Advice to management
Not worth changing the whole job description because of single candidate.
