I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Intuit in Mar 2018
Interview
30 Minute Phone Interview. 20+ Minutes were spent discussing the company and the interviewer (A Senior UX manager) who asked "Do you have any questions for me" before he asked me about the specific job skills. Leaving only a few minutes to discuss recruiting. In the end I was told I do not have enough experience as a recruiter (I have 7 years of research experience whose foundation is always recruiting). I was warned that the interviewer is new.

Question 1
Q: Can you describe end-to-end recruiting process?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Aug 2017
Interview
I did home assignment in successfully and then a day interviews in one day with other candidates.
Professional interview- asking about the home assignment and then lee codes questions.
Hr interview-no special.
Interviewer screen, then HW ask. They will use HW to screen you before you do any further interview so no chance to explain anything. Recruiters just looking to fill pipeline and didn’t listen to my fit.
