The hiring process prior to the interview was simple. I submitted an application electronically through the official intuit website and also submitted my resume. Shortly afterwards, i received an email which promted me to tske a simulated assessment that basically ensures you can perform the task demanded by the position. Basically, you Listen to s few calls and take a simulated calls. You have to notate an account accurately and demonstrate you can listen and rrspond to customers questions snd behavior. Lastly, if you pass the simulation you ate prompted to take a behavioral based assessment, approx. 70 questions.

applied through college or university and was contacted for a small technical challenge. The challenge lasted 20 minutes, then you explain your solution to them. The problem isn't too difficult, but it was difficult to come up with a clean solution in twenty minutes.

Interview
The interview process was quick and painless once I was put in touch with someone with an open position. I first was connected with a designer through a college job fair - then they put me in touch with the right department and after a preliminary casual chat the actual interview process began. There was one 45 min video call followed by a design challenge and a 2 hour on site review.
