I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intuit (Tucson, AZ) in Jan 2017
Interview
I applied for position through their website. Was contacted for a phone screening. Set time, but couldn't get recruiter to confirm after multiple attempts via phone and email. Recruiter called me 10 minutes after the time I was trying to confirm. Told me position was filled but wanted to do phone screening. I went ahead with it. She was very uninterested. Very disappointing.

What is the biggest professional risk you have taken thus far?
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Intuit
Interview
Initial call with external recruitment agency then a 45 minute call with internal recruiter. This organised for 3pm on a Friday and it showed. The interviewer turned up 5 minutes late. He seemed very distracted and I had to explain my role and current position to him twice because he didn't listen the first time. He ended the interview abruptly after talking about the company and position for an extended period of time. He told me he would get back to me either later in the afternoon or Monday morning.
I spoke to the external recruiter on Wednesday who said they were still looking at a couple of other people. FInally received Feedback on the Thursday.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
First you talk to a recruiter who will try to match your experience with an opening and arrange first round phone screen with the hiring manager. When I spoke to the hiring manager, he just asked 'Tell me about yourself'. The recruiter got back to me and asked to work on a case study which is not something you can do in 2-3 days. They asked me to present: present about me, about a professional achievement and a case study on a problem they are trying to solve. If companies give you generic problems or case studies, its understandable but it seemed Intuit was trying to figure out the best solution for their problem. The onsite interview was all on the case study. (1) if they want to give you lot to present, they should at least conduct 1-2 proper interviews before asking people to work on homework. (2) Recruiter asked me to prepare a ppt because I will have to present but the hiring manager, on the morning of the interview, asked me for a 6 page write-up. '6 page writeup'....are you serious??? Overall it was a very disappointing experience and I am glad it didn't work out.
