I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Intuit (Bengaluru) in Oct 2015
Interview
A telephonic call from a recruiter, followed by a phone screen by the hiring manager. Then there are multiple rounds of face to face interview. First round consists of all panel members and usually asked to come prepared with a presentation about the candidate. Panel members asked some trivial questions. Next, 2 rounds of 1:1 with existing managers and finally a 1:1 with director.

Interview
Interview process has been rejigged and called A4A ( Assesing for Awesome) were after single round of phone screen , all the interviews are done F2F on a single day . There will be a presentation that the candidate needs to make to group of interviewers which will cover his introduction and presentation on any topic that was shared with him previously on teh day of F2F interview. This avoids repetition of Introduction to every interviewer . Also A4A helps in making the decision on a single day instead of painfully waiting for multiple days .
