Submitted application online & completed basic assessment. Got an email asking to discuss the role. Spoke with recruiter and was told of additional assessment. After assessment received another call to discuss opportunity. Assessment is a call center simulation and computer & internet speed test. My caution to anyone is to slow down and read the entire question.

Interview
One interview over the phone. One panel interview on site. The interview questions are easy. The managers seem to be in a rush and could care less about what you have to say. They seem to be anxious about their time and on the run all the time. One interviewer kept on talking the whole time leaving me very little time to say anything. But the good thing is I didn't have to say much, lol.
