I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intuit (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2014
Interview
Very transparent. Communication was clear and proactive. Recruiter was set on creating a win-win situation. Recruiter was upfront and negotiated a fair wage for my experience. Recruiter took an active role in managing the whole interview process. Interview process consisted of: phone with recruiter, phone with hiring manager, 4 hours of in person interviews with four additional managers in a single day, in person interview with hiring manager, in person interview with director. A generous signing bonus was given - but the bonus vests in thirds on your 1, 2, and 3 year anniversaries.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you were engaged in a challenging work situation with another employee. How did it turn out? What things did you do to directly impact the outcome?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Applied through my campus job fair, got an interview by talking to one of the recruiters and giving them a small pitch/submitting my resume. Very helpful group of people. Also attended one of their on-campus events. They emailed a group of candidates back within a week to set up interviews, which consisted of a 45 minute behavioral and a 45 minute technical.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioral was the expected (greatest weakness, show me some projects, why do you want this) and somewhat informal. I loved the behavioral; got to talk to some of the senior developers and I think we clicked well. However, technical was somewhat difficult with questions related to data structures and implementations (BST).
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Bengaluru) in Apr 2013
Interview
Talent acquisition phone screen followed by 4 rounds of technical interviews. The recruiters will call and fix a date and time only for it to be changed in the last minute. Very unprofessional behaviours from the talent acquisition team
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The talent acquisition phone screen was pathetic, the recruiter did not know what she was speaking, had no knowledge of the JD and the skill sets, was more clerical and asked questions about comp and notice period
