I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Tucson, AZ) in Dec 2012
Interview
Very dynamic - interviewed for chat support by being interviewed via a chat session. The facilitators really knew how to create a scenario which lent to my strengths and afforded me a number of opportunities to ask clarifying questions. A follow up interview in person resulted in the final decision to bring me on to the team, and I have to say the chat session really increased my interest and desire to be a part of the team
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intuit (Bengaluru) in Jun 2015
Interview
Received an email from a TA person followed by a phone discussion from a coordinator, (surprisingly looks like company like INTUIT does not pay attention to folks who are in TA, as there was no initial discussion from recruiter to know more on my technical skills, and evaluate further and then some nonsense coordinator calls me at 9 PM to check on my availability without even introducing herself and during the call she spoke like she knows me from ages , calling me "okay da", it was hilarious to know such people work in company like INTUIT in TA, I wonder how the recruitment manager skills are", anyways after my phone discussion it was onsite interview 4 rounds.
