I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Intuit in Jan 2012
Interview
Resume review. Phone screens. Full-day interview with cross-functional team members representing product management, marketing, engineering. Follow-up calls with the recruiter. Got to know the company a lot more, which is partly what sold me on wanting to work there. Also really helps (as always) to also have someone who knows you, who works there, to help advocate for you.

They used role play using the program to determine how well and familiar you are with the software. You need to know the software and how to navigate to the areas for input questions for customers. They look for people who are comfortable with talking and helping people resolve their issues, so personality is a plus. The interview goes through a few departments before you are given an offer.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Intuit (Fredericksburg, VA) in Jul 2013
Interview
Unnecessarily long. We're asked the same questions just in different wording by two separate people. Was left with an agent to listen to a call and was left there for over an hour. Wasn't given any expectation when leaving, was just showed to the door.
