Talent acquisition phone screen followed by 4 rounds of technical interviews. The recruiters will call and fix a date and time only for it to be changed in the last minute. Very unprofessional behaviours from the talent acquisition team

The talent acquisition phone screen was pathetic, the recruiter did not know what she was speaking, had no knowledge of the JD and the skill sets, was more clerical and asked questions about comp and notice period

Interview
Was referred by an ex-colleague. 6 rounds of interview. 5 interviews were face-to-face and one was telephonic. Only the first round was difficult and went on for about 50 mins. Subsequent rounds were relatively easy.
HR tends to be a little dis-engaged.

Interview
Sometimes group interviews can be awkward when only one person is talking. This group interview, casual and relaxing conversation with everyone participating. A cross section from different departments participated since the position required managing technical projects in the different work groups and departments.

Situational based questioning to determine how problems or issues were resolved and what actions were taken. Interactive questioning throughout the process but not leading. Interviewers used a scoring matrix that covered different elements of the position requirements.
