Intuit Tax Preparer interview questions

I submitted an application and resume to their website. They emailed me to schedule a phone interview. The job descriptions listed training would be provided. On the phone interview, the interviewer said that I had to have 3 years paid experience preparing taxes; volunteer tax preparation was not acceptable. They had recently changed their requirements and failed to update their job description. We did not waste any more time on the interview.
